HOW DO I know which carrier will work best for me?

We know that it can be overwhelming to choose a carrier. In our Babywearing Guide you'll find all the information you'll need, including questions you can answer to help you find the perfect baby carrier for you and your little one. Once you've had a look through the guide we are confident that you will be able to make an informed choice about which carrier will suit you and baby best. However, if you are still unsure, send us a message and we will gladly assist you.

LINEN VS. COTTON CARRIERS?

Linen and cotton are both soft, cool and breathable and designed to be comfortable in an Indian summer. This makes both fabrics suitable for our milder weather.

Linen is slightly thinner, with less texture. It has very little bounce or stretch so it holds heavier babies and toddlers well.

Cotton is more cushy and therefore is slightly warmer than the linen. It is a more budget-friendly option. Other than these slight differences, it really comes down to personal preference. We are sure you won't be disappointed with either choice. Please contact us if you need more help to decide which fabric will suit you best.

Don't panic! We are here to help you and will gladly support you every step along your babywearing journey. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you are struggling to use your baby carrier. We offer in-person consultations in Cape Town or video calls nationwide. We are also happy to chat over Facebook Messenger, Instagram or e-mail.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

We currently offer Aramex (nationwide) for R100 or FastWay (Cape Town only) for R45. We are always looking for ways to make shipping more affordable and hope to offer some more options soon. We don't currently offer international shipping.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All products (unless otherwise noted in the description) are eligible for return within 7 days of the original purchase date, in unwashed & like-new condition. Courier costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Upon receiving the carrier, your refund will be issued. If you have any other questions regarding our refund policy, please contact us.

Please note: Pre-loved carriers are not eligible for returns.

YOU DON'T HAVE THE CARRIER I WANT IN STOCK. CAN YOU ORDER IT?

We place regular orders with Soul, so send us a message and we will be able to tell you when our next order is scheduled.

DO YOU HAVE ANY TUTORIALS TO FOLLOW FOR SOUL CARRIERS?

Yes! Soul has a great YouTube channel with many tutorials for you to follow. Click here. Each carrier also comes with its own information booklet which includes a picture tutorial for that carrier.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS/COUPONS?

We regularly run sales or offer coupon codes, so keep an eye out on our Facebook and Instagram pages. We also offer discounts for NGOs, as well as, foster and adoptive families. Message us if you would like to apply for a discount.

do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, we can offer gift vouchers. Please message us so that we can arrange a unique coupon code for you.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept payments through PayFast. This means that you can pay via credit card or instant EFT. A payment request will be emailed to you within 48 hours after placing your order.
